Perfect size pan for frying one egg or making a one egg omelet. Handle is well balanced and does not get hot while pan is in use. Non stick surface performs remarkably well and clean up is a breeze. Will definitely consider buying this pan in larger sizes when I need to replace my larger non-stick skillets.

in der Beschreibung steht grosse Pfanne 31,8 cm, das beschreibt aber die Pfanne in ihrer ganzen Länge mit Stiel. Die Pfanne hat nur 18 cm Bratfläche, für unserere Bedürfnisse viel zu klein. Man bekomt den Eindruck das die Beschreibung absichtlich irreführend ist. Ich wollte eine extragrosse Pfanne bestellen. Geht also leider zurück.

I bought a sauce pan from this line and love it. I'm pretty rough on my cookware. The kids use whatever utensils they want on them & they ALWAYS go in the dishwasher. I needed to replace a skillet & was pleased to find this line had a great size. I love it. I'm considering buying the whole set & getting rid of my old t-fal.

I have 3 different sizes of this pan. All 3 severely warped under normal cooking conditions. Used on a Smeg induction cooktop in a setting never exceeding medium. Never put them in dishwasher either. Warping is so severe that the cooktop will not induct, rendering all 3 pans useless.
