Works well with light and heavy dresses; used for Victorian costuming. Is made a little cheaply, but it’s perfectly functional.

Easy to adjust if needed
It was longer than I needed it to be, but it was easy to cut/trim off the hoops I didnt need to fit my dress. If you don’t know how many hoops you need or the length of it, defs just get this one & adjust as need!
