Works great! Nice traction and sturdy. Used to help hitters from dropping back shoulder and enhance back foot pivot

Great addition to your stretching and body weight exercises.
Sturdy, but must make sure that bar lines up with parallel notches. If notched not lined up, can cause metal parts to bend. Grip tape started to come loose after 10 uses, but still usable.

Great item just not what I needed
It was sturdy, required no assembly & price was great.Had to return it, which I had no issues with, as it didn't work for my specific needs, but I might buy it again for a new issue.

Well made product but slip grip is already moving/
Love this product, well made and sturdy however the grip pad is already moving after a few times. I can feel it moving when I’m standing on it.
