It's a 1-pack even though it says 3-pack outside in description. I learned it the hard way, and now my caution light is on. Avoid buying this.

Does this have to be refrigerated after opening?

I have been taking it for years and I refrigerate it after it is opened. My mom took it and lived to be 96! I'm 70 and teach kickboxing! It must be good for you.
