These turned out to be better than expected. They fit comfortably on ankle and wrist. The weights/sand are wrapped in fabric which is much nicer to handle than plastic. The weights do fit pretty tight into the harness but that makes sense so they move with you when you move your arms and legs. Overall very happy with my purchase. Both boxes arrived when expected and in good condition. Will probably buy a set for my mom in a few months so she can kick some butt too!

Weight change out is difficult, stitches come loose
Changing out the individual weights is difficult. They fit very snugly in the cuff. Because this is difficult and you have the push and pull the weight bags, the stitching in the bags comes loose, making them even harder to manipulate. I have not experienced any leaking of the sand-like material from the inner bags, but without the protective outer sleeve securing it I am concerned about the long term performance.
