I paint T shirts and its difficult to bring the colors up to be brillant. These paints make them pop. I love them. They are a bit transparent but they still give me the added spark I need to my paintings. I think they're well worth the money.An update on these paints. I still love love them. I've learned they dry faster than traditional paints so I only put out what I can use in a day or even less. I can go to the color and I don't have to mix it to get what I want. Almost like acrylic paints for shirts. I love that they're not traditional colors.I painted the tops of the tubes so I know what the colors are.I agree I would like to be able to purchase theColors individually. I use some much more than others. I must give them a try!

Quality for the price is superb. Have used their watercolors for a few years am only not in love with the new brand packaging I liked the original packaging of their products much better. Great sets to get started except I found their acrylic line is the only one that is not great. The watercolors and oils though are great. Downside is off brand color names and not available open stock in states so upgrading to artist quality professional paint as I gain experience with these wonderful paints. Also seen this brand expand substantially from just watercolor to oil acrylic and pastels but why no pencil lines? Thanks just a suggestion

I love the colors.. but the reviews don’t lie. This is not the consistency of oil paint. It becomes tacky very quickly and dries quick. It is not smooth like oil. But I still love the neon color choices

I chose these paints for their neon colors that I haven’t found in oil paints anywhere else. Unfortunately the alkyd resin added to them gives them a sticky characteristic right out of the tube. That means a paint stroke leaves some areas thinner and ridges in others. These are nice thick and creamy paint and quite saturated! Just wish they left out the alkyd resin - the artist should be able to add that to their paint if they wanted it. Best to use these as a glaze over other paint.

The paint themselves work fine, and have a decent pigment load, but many of my tubes are leaking from the bottom. I am not sure if this is a ongoing problem or if I got a bad batch. My other Paul Rubin products been of much higher quality. Very disapponted.

These paints are fantastic. I have been frustrated w the lack of pop of color (vibrancy) using regular my oil paints. I use these neons as mix ins with my regular paints to really give that vibrant pop. See my photos for examples of these mixes. I love these paints

I love these bright colors. They’re looking good so far. I’ll update once I work with them a little bit more. So far, I’m excited about all of the possibilities!
