Arrived fast. The Muscle Stimulator is easy to use and after only a week and a half I can already see the difference. I use it once a day and I get no discomfort and I can feel my muscles contracting. No pads that need replacing is boon as no extra cost just spray the pads on belt with water and away you go. It has different modes of use which one you use depends on what results you are looking for, only tried the one so far. Overall I'm over the moon with this product it is just want I was looking for... Highly Recommended

This ABS muscle stimulator is brilliant! I've had a well known one years ago which relied on batteries and sticky pads which needed to be renewed. But not this muscle stimulator. It comes with a charging cable and a spray bottle, which is used to wet the pads and never need replacing. It has six modes and intensities of one to fifteen and it works really well! Highly recommended to anyone that hasn't the time to go to the gym. 5* item!

I’ve been using this belt for three week. It’s very powerful and I use it after the gym. It’s simple to work but I’ll give it three months before I can give a opinion

The product itself is of really good build, however I'm not entirely sure if it works. When it is on you certainly notice the shocks and it seems to be working. However I'm also doing workouts so I can't tell of this Is doing the job or whether it is the exercise. Worth a try, but don't expect big things.

Needed this after hernia repair (I did wait 6 weeks after the procedure as advised by my consultant). Using it has made me get into a daily exercise regime which otherwise I might not have done. I can’t do sit-ups due to a collapsed disc so using the sit-up setting and gradually going up from around 9 to the 15 max, I use it 20 minutes a day, when it turns itself off. Over the past six months that I’ve been using it, I can’t say I’ve seen much visible improvement; but I think you would need to have a combined daily exercise routine for much longer than 20 mins, but I do feel better.

Firstly, the instructions were totally inadequate. They were printed on a strip of paper using a very small typeface which was difficult to read. Number 6 - Mode change - there was no description of what that was nor guidance given for usage. The main pad had 6 "arms" (no belt) that were supposed to adhere to the body but which were ineffective and after use several times did not even do that. The so called "arm bands" were useless. To say that I was disappointed would be an understatement. I would have complained to the manufacturers, except that no such information was given. I am astonished that Amazon should be selling such an item. I would have expected a refund but it seems I have missed the return deadline by a few days. However I am returning the appliance since it is ineffective and does not provide the service as advertised.

I don’t often leave reviews but but this product is fabulous - I have 0 abs strength but have been using it regularly for two weeks and my stomach is defiantly flatter and tighter. It hurts a bit as you go up the levels but I am steadily moving up and feeling more progress, I hate ab work so this is perfect for me to get some strengthening done while doing something else

Started well for a month. Battery does not recharge after putting in plug overnight. light only remain red when plugged, once out of plug it is again dead.

Super résultats, je sens le travail des muscles et le raffermissement en l'utilisant tous les jours depuis l'achat. Je n'ai pas encore utilisé les puissances les plus fortes mais à 6 ça fonctionne. Je l'utilise une à trois fois par jour lorsque je travaille à la maison. Comme c'est une ceinture, pas de problème d'électrodes qui se décrochent, le système de conduction avec l'eau est très astucieux. Facile à utiliser et à nettoyer. Je recommande!

Ich habe nun mehrere verschiedene EMS Gürtel getestet (auch Marken) und muss sagen, das dieser hier wirklich Power hat und einfach zu steuern ist. Er passt sich danke des Kletts und der weichen Rückseite optimal am Körper an und verrutscht auch nicht. Die Einstellung der Stromstärke funktioniert über das abnehmbare Steuermodul. Aufgeladen wird es einfach über Micro USB und dabei hält der Akku erstaunlich lange durch. Für das Geld gibt es vermutlich nichts besseres. (meine Meinung)

Devo ammettere che inizialmente ero un po scettico, non pensavo che l'elettro stimolazione fosse realmente funzionante. Dopo consiglio di un mio amico che ha iniziato da qualche mese un allenamento in una palestra che utilizza unicamente l'elettro stimolazione, ho deciso di acquistarne uno "casalingo". Lo sto utilizzando tutti i giorni per mezz'ora al massimo, ma i risultati si iniziano gia a vedere. Sento l'addome molto piu tonico e gli addominali alti iniziano già a prendere rilievo sul six-pack. Lo sto abbinando anche con esercizi addominali, ma mai prima di ora avevo visto i miei addominali cosi tonici e in rilievo. Lo consiglio vivamente! Inizia a funzionare sin da subito e devo ricredermi, è stato un ottimo acquisto.

El producto es funcional. Veremos resultados. Pero como tal hace su función. Si se mojan las almohadillas conductoras el efecto es el mismo que con electrodos de gel. Es potente, había usado electroestimulación y pasar del nivel 9 o 10 en este de momento es imposible aguantarlo. Llevo una semana, espero ver resultados con constancia. Se puede llevar mientras se hacen tareas en casa o haciendo otros ejercicios mientras tanto.

Enda felet är att den kunde ha blivit bredare, hade kunnat bearbeta hela magområdet samtidigt. Nu får jag bearbeta undermagen och övermagen för sig. Annars tycker jag att den verkar göra sitt. Jag har använt den bara en vecka, (varje dag) men den har fått omkretsen att krympa. Tro mig för att jag dokumenterar! Jag rekommenderar den, inget kladd och huvudsakligen är värt priset.
