I switched to Genexa for its clean formula, and I’m glad I did. It works just as well as regular acetaminophen for headaches and body aches, but without the dyes or artificial additives. It’s easier on my stomach too, which is a big plus. The 500mg dose is perfect, and the tablets are smooth enough to swallow. Highly recommend if you're looking for a cleaner, more natural option.

Works very well and the important part for me is it is mammal free therefore my Alpha Gal allergy(from a tick bite) friendly.

Great product and great company. I had been dealing with a pulled muscle in my neck. I took two of these and with in a short while the pain was gone. I am thankful for this company and their "clean" ingredients.

I need gluten-free acetaminophen because I have celiac disease. Unfortunately all of the generic brands may contain gluten. I received this brand in one day and the expiration date is in 2 years. My concern was I would get a bottle that was going to expire shortly. I've used this in the past and it works as well as the name brand.

Clean ingredients, no dyes, no strange fillers BUT 12 mgs calcium per caplet interfered with my thyroid meds and calcium labs on high end. Going to 8hr Tylenol and have to deal with some fillers.
