After purchasing this recliner in the light brown micro-suede as a gift for my two year-old grand daughter to have at her home, she loved it so much that she kept coming to Nana's house and asking where her "special chair" was. Presto...second chair purchased in chocolate brown faux leather!Assembly is incredibly easy and takes less than five minutes (even if you're moving in slow-mo or have a two year-old helper). It's not at all hard for my grandie to recline her chair, as she quickly figured out that she can do this while standing next to it and then climb into the seat. The VERY slight stiffness when adjusting the chair to the reclining position makes it sturdier when the foot rest is up, and in my opinion, is a great safety feature because it's more likely to stay in position until intentionally lowered. This recliner is very well-constructed and I anticipate several years of use before she outgrows it.Grandie loves that the arm rest cup holder is perfectly sized for sippy cups and conveniently doubles as a snack holder. Nana loves that the faux leather can be cleaned with a quick swipe of a damp cloth, making it perfect for sticky little fingers and booboo spills. Best of all, this chair is just so dang retro-chic-cute that you don't mind plunking it down right in the middle of your living room.

My 15 month old son's favorite reading and watching tv chair. I have the chair set up in the reading corner. He grabs the book he wants to read and climbs into the chair. This chair is great for when he is allowed to watch tv. I just put a small cup with his snacks in the cup holder and he sits in his chair snacking away and having fun. I originally put the feet on but realized I had to take them off so he could get on the chair himself. I will definitely get lots of use out of this chair. We are not at the reclining stage yet because he likes to get on and off so much, but the chair is a great size and will be around for a long time. Great quality materials. Easy to wipe down. I really wanted the blue one, but my husband refused and I'm so glad I listened (for once lol) because the black version is just so cute and looks like a mini me chair and blends in beautifully. Will be getting another when we have our next little one in the future and it will be like a mini living room!6 Month Update:My son has climbed on this, stood on the armrests for extended periods of time, jumped off of it like it's a trampoline, loves to sit in it for story time, I even caught a heavier adult accidentally sitting on it, and it still looks brand new. It is so easy to clean! One baby wipe and it's clean. I still haven't put on the little legs, but I have no doubt this chair will last a very, very long time and I will put them on when he's older. I will definitely be purchasing another one for baby number two when the time comes.

I previously owned two similar-sized chairs from WalMart and they have both broken in the last 6 months. They cost me $50 plus tax each. So having two children, ages 3 and 5 (who are both very tall for their age) I needed some replacements that were on the larger side. I chose this chair from Flash Furniture because it was sized similarly (actually just a little bigger) and I am very happy that I did.The chair is constructed far better than the ones I had from WalMart (Urban Juvenile Recliner). They seem much more durable, are far more cushioned, and are heavier. The cup holder is an added bonus. It fits my son's Thermos Funtainer water bottle perfectly. Like a previous review mentioned, these chairs basically look like mini adult recliners. They are covered in vinyl, which might not seem so great to some, but I think it is much better than microfiber or any other cloth covering simply because cleaning is so much easier. For comparison's sake, I also got one of the microfiber recliners from Flash Furniture and I can easily see how that chair, although wonderful as well (especially with the very nice storage arms), could get dirty fast. I was very unsure about this chair at first and after a week I decided to give it a chance, I could return it at no additional cost and so if I wouldn't be out anything if it turned out to be a bad choice. My husband set it up in the living room while I was in another room and he called me in to take a look and I was floored by what I saw: My two year old son, hanging out relaxing with his feet kicked up in a recliner JUST HIS SIZE!!! To top it off he had a drink in the cupholder!! TOO cute!!!I absolutely recommend this chair to all parents!!! You will not be disappointed I can promise you that. We haven't even had this lil recliner a day and the chair paid for itself in that short amount of time.My son loves his chair. We had a wonderful evening, my husband in his brown recliner, my son in his tan recliner, and mommy on her couch while watching a movie. This chair is not just something for a toddler to sit in, it's a special sized chair made for little toddlers to sit in and feel special. My son had such a look of pride while in the chair, it made him feel special and grown up.It was a great bonding experience with this chair and I know that it's just a chair but I wanted to share the joy that this piece of furniture brought to my family.The chair was very easy to assemble, it was assembled in five minutes. It's a nice solid recliner and will last a long time.
