keeps them entertained
My cats love this toy! We call it the treat box. If you have cats that are treat junkies then you need this. If you have the regular size version, you should know that this one is a little different. Not only is it bigger, but the inside of it is more of a maze that stays in place instead of having small boxes inside that move around like the small version has. Just drop some treats in any of the holes to dispurse them throughout the box. The box has multiple holes on the top and every side so your cat can reach in to get to the treats. This larger version can be rocked back and forth, which can help them to get the treats inside to move around through the maze. It keeps them occupied for quite a long time and offers mental stimulation. Even cats that don't necessarily get along great will play this toy together without fighting. Assembly is super easy and it's a good quality carboard. I have several cats and they have had this toy for about 3 months and it still looks brand new. Some of my cats like to lay on top of it and stick their paws down in the holes that are on the top and the toy can easily support their weight. For anyone concerned about safety, all of the holes are big enough for cats to stick their entire arms in and not get stuck, but small enough that even small kittens can't stick their heads in any of the holes.

Great toy for my kittens
This is super sturdy and worked great for my kittens to practice hunting. Unfortunately, now that they're older we can't use it with them. My one cat just tears the whole structure apart to get the treats. I do think it was a good value for how long they enjoyed it. They've just outsmarted it.

Entertaining and strong materials
My kids love this. It’s a secondary form of play that lasts for hours and keeps them super engaged. The cardboard is surprisingly tough which is great mostly. It’s holding up over time but despite trying, I didn’t fold it enough to put it together perfectly so a few of the tabs got a little ratty. Still totally fu coronal. Just follow the video and pre-fold stuff as instructed ;)

My cats LOVE it!
My cats LOVE this!!I have 2 Siamese cats who love to hunt. I like to try to keep their minds active, especially for my 13 year old cat. A few years ago someone gave them a simple toy that had balls with bells inside a box. I began putting treats in it and they would spend hours trying to get them out. When I saw the CatAmazing toy I knew my cats would love it. They had more than conquered the small treat puzzle so I knew I wanted to get them either the slider or the mega box. After much research and thought I decided to get them the Mega. Go big, right? I knew with the three levels and multitude of holes for them to reach and peek through that it would keep them occupied for hours, and it has.I will say when it arrived my first thought was, who is getting puzzled here? LOL There are very clear instructions included. They even have a video you can watch that shows you how to put it together. So whether you’re more of a visual learner or like to read instructions they have you covered. Honestly, I pulled everything out and immediately separated the pieces by color. After reading how to put the sides together and the first level, everything else just made sense. My youngest cat (who is 8) Sat and watched every move I made as if she knew it was for her. She of course was also impressed with the boxes the treat puzzle box came in.After I fully put the treat puzzle together, which didn’t take long, I called my other cat into the room by pulling out the treat box. As soon as the treats started going in they knew what to do. Admittedly my older cat sometimes takes a few minutes to figure things out and watches the younger cat to get an idea of how things work. As soon as he figured it out though he’s relentless until all the treats are obtained. This is absolutely the best gift I’ve bought my cats in a long time. I highly recommend this purchase.

Our favorite cat puzzle - multiple difficulties, no safety risks
This is a really excellent buy for your cat to help keep them stimulated and occupied - even older kitties! Puzzles are inexpensive, low-effort ways to give your cats something to do, and every cat owner should consider trying one out! Three of our four seniors are very interested in this to various degrees: all of them will grab the easy treats, and our 12 year old will keep coming back over and over to make an attempt at the harder to grab pieces in the center. Yes, it's just cardboard, but it's made from a heavy duty, very sturdy type with a glossy finish: it's held up for a year so far with zero damage from claws and cats dragging it all over the room to pull things out.How the Mega shapes up against other puzzles: We have both the Mega and the Hex from this same line, and for our cats the Mega is definitely the biggest hit. We also have a few plastic puzzles with movable pieces from Nina Ottosson. If you have a kitty who may not be the brightest, the plastic puzzles may work better: this is the go-to for our fourth who doesn't understand the extra effort the Mega requires. However I prefer the Mega overall: it's cleaner than plastic, has more degrees of difficulty, and also poses no potential risks if you have a cat who goes face-first into these instead of using their paws like they're supposed to (these plastic puzzles have undercuts that teeth can get caught on).

Cat was bored with this in no time.
At first my cat loved it. The second time I loaded it with treats, eh not so much. The third time, she didn't even bother to get them out. The box and maze is easy to set up and well made but it's a large toy to hang on to if your cat doesn't enjoy it. Instead of smashing it and recycling it, I donated it to the cat rescue.

Get This!
Our very picky cat loves this box! We have had it for several months and I thought by now he would be tired of it. He is food obsessed and is willing to “work” for his treats. This is one of the very few items purchased for him that he actually uses. It entertains him for several minutes every day. I highly recommend it.

Cats didn't care
Whatever treat is thrown inside the box, it's lost in there. Cats weren't interested and the treats died a slow death....
