Some say this scope is "noisy". Is it useful for measurements where the range is +/- 20 mV?

its noisy in the fact the fans arent quite. Not because of line noise... 20mv is not a problem

Does this item include the optional items(16ch logic decoder, usb awg and usb wifi)?

For WiFi you can use an Access Point that can be operated in "Client Mode". I am using a TP-Link N300 (WR802N) and it works very well. The other options really seem to require special firmware/license upgrades.

Is siglent sds1104x-e good for a beginner?

The SDS 1104X-E is a great scope. It is considered an entry level instrument. It is excellent for the individual entering the electronics field.

Can I decode ic, spi, uart/Rs232, can, lin signals with the the scope, i.e. without the sla1016 module?

Yes! Decoding is included with the base model! There is no need to purchase a software license (or "hack" the scope) to unlock the decoding options.

Great value 4 ch scope

I wanted to get a budget friendly oscilloscope and this fit the bill. In fact, after a little bit of google searching I found some setting changes that really made this unit come alive. I couldn't get the TP-Link USB WiFi dongle working with the unit, but I'm unsure if that's related to a problem with the Siglent or my wifi APs.

Scope isn't bad but wifi isn't free

Although this was sold as a combo with a wifi adapter, the wifi only works for a few on off cycles before you have to buy a license to continue using it. Other than that, it isn't a bad scope for the price.

Tolles Oszilloskop, das meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt.

Das Siglent SDS1104X-E ist mein erstes Oszilloskop, und ich bin sehr zufrieden damit. Es hat viele Features, eine gute Verarbeitung und reagiert zügig auf Benutzereingaben. Ich nutze das Oszilloskop für Experimente im Amateur- und CB-Funk in Kombination mit einem Funktionsgenerator. Ich hatte zuerst auch ein teureres Gerät der SDS2000x-Reihe in Betracht gezogen, bin aber froh, mich für das kleinere und billigere SDS1104X-E entschieden zu haben, da es deutlich weniger Platz wegnimmt und für meine Zwecke wohl mehr als ausreicht.
