I was consuming this powder earlier and started using again, turns out even if the expiry is on 2027, the formula is bad, it smells, tastes weird and like soda when I mix with water a fizz sound occurs. Do not consume it.

I was using Cosmix for a few months, but I never really got used to the texture. I found myself skipping my protein because I just wasn't enjoying it. When I started looking for an alternative, Fast&Up stood out because it had 26g protein, was gut friendly, and even came with a free shaker. Thought I'd give it a shot, and honestly, I'm glad I switched

Fast&Up has been one of those brands I've trusted for a while, so buying their plant protein felt like a safe choice. I was looking to add more protein to my diet, and since I already liked their other products, I thought I'd stick with a brand I knew. The Chocolate flavour is good, the 26g protein fits my daily goals, and the free shaker was a nice bonus. I've been using it after my workouts and it's been working well for me.

Bro, the texture is grainy and when you mix it with water in your shaker at least for 1 min and drink it, it forms a thick creamy layer in the mouth like you just eaten some ghee and lumps are visible in the drink, which gives a very unpleasant taste and texture. As for the taste itself, it feels like you're eating raw vegetables — and you'll even feel that weird smell in your burps. I’m honestly scared I might end up with gas or vomiting by evening. This was my first time trying it, mixed one full flat scoop with 300ml of water, and after consuming within 5 minutes I felt full — now I’m experiencing bloating too. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations at all, I was expecting it to be tasty, easy to mix and light to my gut, but it disappointed me. So here I’m giving it only 1 star out of 5. In my opinion it's Not worth of your money! Now I have heard that "at this price point the NakPro is providing Vegan Plant protein far better than this". ( I will update this review when I use my Fast&up plant protein for atleast 1 week) Ok so here is the update after finishing it completely. (After 2-3 months of buying it) Whatever I said previously about mixing it with water will remain same. But to not waste my money i tried to make a smoothie by adding 250ml packet milk + banana + some raw oats and one scoop of this protein. After blending it perfectly in the mixer. The taste was better than mixing it with water and it was like you are drinking Parle-G biscuit dissolving it with milk Lol. So it was decent in taste and texture, i managed to consume it sometimes regularly and sometimes after taking gap for few days. But that doesn't mean you should buy it. I did this all just to finish it and never buy it again. I bought it thinking that it would be light to my gut, but i was wrong. Now will directly buy whey protein. Thank you for reading

I have a pretty sensitive stomach, so I went for Fast&Up mainly because it's gut friendly. I've been having the Chocolate flavour after workouts and so far, it has been a comfortable experience.

This was my first time trying plant-based protein and I was a little unsure about the taste. The Chocolate flavour was better than I expected. It mixes well with water and is easy to have after a workout. The shaker has also been quite useful for preparing it.
