It's not terrible, but there's not that much flavor there. This falls into the category of what Roz Chast called the "Remorse" food group. It's convenient, inoffensive to your body, and does what it says on the box.

I have been buying these protein bars for a year for my family. My Son in-law who is diabetic and Grandson also enjoy these for a quick bite before a Work Out work. The only complaint we all have is how they are packed & mailed to us!!! The packaging is TERRIBLE and we sometimes receive a few bars smashed! They should take this into consideration since they are not that cheap!! Food for thought 🤔 That’s why they I am not able to give 5 Stars!

My husband is a diabetic and we bought Extend bars as a snack that is able to be enjoyed because it is no sugar and no net carbs. We are delighted at how tasty these are. We have tired both the peanut butter and peanut butter chocolate flavor and both are great. The bars are about the size of a Nature Valley bar, so about normal what you would expect, but not overly large, which they don't need to be because they are actually quite filling. They have not raised my husbands blood sugar after eating, which is great for when he's hungry but it's not time for a full meal. Overall, these are a wonderful tasty snack that adds a bit of happiness by the sweet flavor during the day. We will be loyal customers and have already ordered more. Thank you Extend!!

This peanut bar had no taste. You are chewing on something that cannot be described. I cannot send it back because i tore the pkg open and put the bars in a Rubbermaid container. I ate one today and it was tasteless. Sorry that i wasted my money on this item. I would suggest anyone to save your money and not purchase this item.

Have used this product for years; so glad it is available on Amazon! Am disappointed in the company downsize version. Certainly they have not reduced prices!!

Based on other reviews I had read I decided to try this product. These bars look fine but have very little peanut butter taste and have a slightly bitter aftertaste. I liked the idea of them being an afternoon hunger curb option however I cannot get past the taste.

I gave them to my girlfriend and she loved them
