no it did have,but the mother told the father she needed her own space.

Q: How long does this product last after opening? I opened the bottle about a month ago, and the coloration/sediments look different from the unopened on

I have a 50 ml shot every morning, so that’s 20 days. Coloration is basically as a result of not mixing the contents so one finds as the liquid level drops it seems thicker hence the colour change and also more taste of cinnamon and turmeric comes through.

The mother is a good ingredient which gives the cloudy appearance. It is beneficial, so always try to get it. Beyond that it is a bit technical. I believe it is a friendly bacteria.
