I bought these gloves mainly to use with my box grater, as I wanted some extra protection for my hands when grating cheese and lemon zest. They fit well, are comfortable to wear and give me much more confidence when using the grater. They are lightweight and don’t feel too bulky, so I can still grip things easily. They seem good quality for the price and I’m very pleased with them. Would definitely recommend.

I bought these to wear whilst giving my hamster medication from the vet, as he’s not keen on being picked up and I thought I might get bitten during the process. I liked that these have a choice of several different sizes so I could ensure a snug enough fit to still be able to hold him properly whilst wearing them. Sure enough, he did give me a little nip, but thankfully his teeth didn’t penetrate through, so they definitely made the process that little bit easier. I can’t comment on durability yet, but for me they fulfilled their purpose and were money well spent.

Take getting use to but perfect

Good Quality. Strong. Easy fit. Only used them a few times. Been very ill & unable to cook for a long while. Good grip. Cut resistant. Pluse lightweight

Used as gardening gloves. Lasting longer than some but seams and finger-ends beginning to wear away. Sewed them up OK so still useable.

I have the 'standard' metal-type gloves for butchery but for light, similar work such a filleting fish etc, these work very well.

Definitely needed with sharp whittling tools. Protects hands well.

I recently purchased the flintronic Cut Resistant Gloves, and while they are comfortable to wear, I was disappointed with their performance. Pros: The gloves are comfortable and fit well, making them easy to wear during tasks. Cons: Unfortunately, when I performed a cut test, our knives pierced through the gloves. This was very concerning, given that they are advertised as Level 5 cut-resistant. Based on this experience, I would not recommend these gloves if you’re looking for reliable protection. Overall Recommendation: Although these gloves are comfortable, they failed the cut test, which is a critical aspect of their purpose. I would advise looking for a more reliable option if you need true cut-resistant protection.

The mandolin has not claimed any skin yet thanks to these bad boys! A must have when cooking with a sharp mandolin!
