How much is each stamp worth? Can it be used for international mail?

the current rate for a forever stamp is 47 cents. to mail a letter or postcard internationally is 1.15, so following that... you can send two 47 cent stamps along with a 21 cent stamp, OR you can send one 47 cent stamp and a 68 cent stamp :) both of those will equal the 1.15 international rate... but if you're lazy, you can just use the international stamp
