Very good taste, a little sticky to handle. Of all the Kind bars I’ve researched this is the best one with zero risky additives, low in saturated fat & sodium, excellent source of fiber & protein. The only negatives are a little too sweet and slightly high calories but these are worth the trade for the other beneficial categories. I usually try to buy them at Walmart but they are often sold out of this particular one. Price has been high on Amazon depending on seller.
