Almost at the end of my second bottle of this, so figured it was time to weigh in. For context, I am a 38-year-old, 242lb, multi-ply powerlifter. I have been across the board on different supplements I have taken in the past 4 years or so trying to find what works. About 4 months ago my lifts had totally plateaued, and some of them even started to go backwards, very little drive in the gym, no "pump" associated with my accessory movements, and absolute zero desire to try to grind it out and fight for a new PR. After almost 2 months of consistently taking this per the label, the gym is a lot different. My strength is bouncing back, pumps are of another world, and some of that intensity is back to be able to fight for the big lifts. I haven't noticed any of the fat loss some people report, and I don't really see any "size gains" to speak of - but I am not really looking for either of those, I was just looking for a natural hormone boost, and to get some strength back. So, in summary, does this stuff work? I believe so. Is it all its hyped up to be? Maybe. I have talked to reps from other supplement companies who have directed me to exceed the label because of my size and the type of lifting I do, so maybe that applies here too, and I would see more of a difference taking more. The Rice Flour and Magnesium Stearate are just fillers and binders. E Flow admitted to me via Amazon messages. "Magnesium stearate is a flow agent/lubricant, every brand uses this is something similar when manufacturing capsule products at scale. Rice flour is used as an anti-caking agent, preventing clumps, and as a flow agent. It is a common, all-natural ingredient in tablets and capsules for effective encapsulation. The quantity is extremely small considering it's listed as an "other ingredient" in our formula." So, you're purchasing a product with "other ingredients" that have next to zero health benefits. Why spend money on that? You can purchase Ajuga Turkestanica Extract in its pure form without any fillers or binders. I've seen companies that sell this product starting at 500-gram packets for under $30. That is way less than you're paying for this product and you get a heck of a lot more. The recommended dose, per day, is around 500 - 1000mgs per day which is 1-2/10 of a teaspoon. A small amount, in comparison to these capsules that aren't tiny, so you're paying for fillers and binders that are only used to lubricate the machines during scale production. Garbage!
