Can I replace a Motor Start Capacitor with a Motor Run Capacitor?

Quit working after 3 months or so

I’m not sure if it’s the capacitor or the motor this time but I changed the capacitor about 3 months ago and the motor quit on me again already. I wonder if has anything to do with the motor being in these 110 degree Texas heat and it’s it the direct sunlight.
