The product itself is a little smaller than what I thought it would be, however it is amazingly fun, easy to use and easy to care for. I had an issue on the second day with the gun, but when I emailed the seller they IMMEDIATELY responded and shipped me a new one free of charge. They also checked back to see if I had not only got the replacement but if there was anything else they could do to enhance my experience with them and the product. I HIGHLY recommend this seller and this product for both quality and quantity of customer service and a fun product.

This gel blaster is so much fun! We bought two. They shoot fast, have a lot of range, and look amazing! Customer service is awesome! We had a small issue with the performance of the other one we purchased but was quickly sent a replacement. Both now work effortlessly! I would so highly recommend purchasing from this seller. You can’t beat the product or the customer service! So pleased with my purchase!

My boys wanted to have these and saved up to buy them. We ordered them a couple weeks ago and they both stopped working with in 24hrs. The batteries must have been defective. So we ordered replacements. They came quickly and now one of the replacements has also stopped working within 24hrs. They did everything that the directions advised and still stopped working. NOT worth the money or time spent trying to get new ones. I will be returning the replacement and will not order a new one. So frustrating...

This is really fun! It doesn't really hurt when getting hit, so it doesn't shoot super fast. Charges quickly but will only last about an hour. I would definitely recommend buying this!

Shop around before purchasing, unfortunately we did not and this only lasted my son maybe 4 days. The auto fire switch is bad and now runs non stop and he has to use the on/off button to stop shooting. Total disappointment considering how much it cost himEdited* after leaving this review the seller reached out and offered a solution for us. I’m actually very pleased with their customer service and their willingness to make things right!!

I think this is a great gel ball blaster for kids aged 10-13. It’s not as powerful as the “Real” Splat R ball Gun. My son is 15 & he was playing with my nephew aged 12 who had the original Splat R ball gun & he def felt some type of way lol! This gun kept jamming up and it doesn’t shoot powerful. It barely leaves a sting getting hit with it. I know it’s intended purpose isn’t to shoot at each other but boys are going to be boys and we have a strict from the waste down rule! If you want something with a little more power I wouldn’t suggest this! However I do think it’s perfect for shooting targets if they are in a decent range of distance! Look wise it’s awesome!

I bought 2 markers for the kids, set everything up and one of the markers would not come on.contacted seller and told them what was going on and they shipped out a replacement.The company took care of us, so we bought 2 more.

This stopped working after 3 weeks without constant use. The gel beads stopped coming out and is just not worth it. It wasn't dropped and no water was put in it.
