It works better than my anticholinergic prescription
I still can hardly believe it. I took one immediately when they were delivered, and it worked right away. Which didn't make sense to me, working that fast. But nevertheless, the painful cramping was gone. It's continuing to perform every day since. I will happily take this smelly supplement every day for the rest of my life if it continues to be effective with no side effects. I'm absolutely amazed.

Good product
This is a good product. I have to take it on an every other day basis. It improves my sleep. Since from a research perspective it is hard to know the best dose of this it is difficult to know how to use it.
