Super happy with this purchase, phone quality was absolutely top notch, no marks or issues, been using it daily now for around a month, battery life is great lasts all day with heavy usage. Everything seems to function as it should. Perfect screen quality...no issues or marks. Was definitely great value for money as it was slightly cheaper than anywhere else online. Happy with how it looks and works all around. Would definitely recommend buying reconditioned rather than new

I bought the highest option for the renewed phone however after just 3 months the battery which was meant to have been as new drains in a matter of hours and feels very hot to the touch. I cannot get in touch with anyone as it is still under warranty, it just takes me round in circles.

Replaced my Samsung on an Android 8 operating system with this renewed phone operating Android 15. Renewed option ment a phone less than half the price of a brand new model. Opted for an “excellent” condition model. It came with a very minor case scratch on the rear, which made it more akin to a “very good” condition, which would have been £40 cheaper, but as I keep it in a protective case it doesn’t really bother me. The phone is excellent - great display, very quick and responsive operation, good memory capacity and excellent cameras. Cannot fault the phone and really simple to operate. Incredibly simple to transfer all my data from my old phone using Samsung Switch in just a couple of minutes and swiftly up and running. The box contents was pretty poor with a USC to USB charging cable, but this is slow charging only and the mains adaptor included does not fit UK three-point pin plug, so useless. I simply bought separately a fast charging cable for £5. But overall, the phone is excellent and even better operating experience than I’d hoped and I would always buy renewed as the phone is as good as new but for less than half the price!

The phone looks immaculate like new, it came already charged so was able to set up and use straight away, which is why I gave it 5 stars. I don't know whether Amazon gets or read these reviews but I was unimpressed by the delivery fortunately I was at home expecting the delivery. My doorbell rang before I could get to the door less than 10 seconds the delivery driver was already getting in his van my phone left on the doorstep. I've seen this time and time again to myself and neighbours with deliveries from Amazon, this is unacceptable.

Phone arrived faulty. Nightmare experience all round. The phone was stuck in boot loop. It came on briefly then stright off and back in bootloop. Phone also arroved on 0% charge presumably because it was boot looping all the way. Was supposed to be getting a replacement sent pior once they had tracking but sent tracking and no response. They were supposed to be speaking to manager about compensation too and trying to resolve the issue but again haven't. 0 stars if possible. Very sad stressful experience be warned. Still waiting on a refund too so amazon will have to be involved.

Ich habe mir das Samsung Galaxy S22 bestellt und bin absolut begeistert. Das Gerät kam in einem Zustand an, der wirklich wie neu ist – kein einziger Kratzer, keinerlei Spuren von einem Vorbesitzer und auch keine alten Daten mehr vorhanden. Genau so wünscht man sich das! Dies ist bereits mein zweites Handy von diesem Verkäufer, und auch diesmal wurde ich nicht enttäuscht. Alles wirkt seriös und zuverlässig. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Lieferung hat 5 Tage gedauert. Für jemanden wie mich, der in der Zwischenzeit nur noch ein halb kaputtes Ersatzhandy hatte, war das eine gefühlte Ewigkeit. Aber das Warten hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt! 👉 Klare Kaufempfehlung – gerne wieder!

I needed a phone that would be ASHA compliant for my new hearing aids. New ones were ridiculously expensive and far beyond what I required as a fairly basic user. An Iphone would have been most compatible, but its only real advantage over Android would be in voice control for phone calls, and I almost never use the phone to make calls. Looked around (FB Marketplace, Kijiji, local ads) and found the ads were either far away, placed by risky looking sellers, expensive, or not so great condition. Samsung S22 was about Iphone13-14 level by ratings and by far the least expensive option, so I took a chance on this (excellent, refurbished) phone. Turned out well. A few minor marks on the glass screen that are hard to pick out unless you look closely with it off and no screen protector, otherwise looks like new. Battery could last me 2 days if I wanted. Everything seems to work fine and it has the features I wanted. If I am still around in 5 years+ then I will likely buy a refurb phone this way again.
