Works with 2013 Toyota Rav4
Fits 2013 Toyota RAV4, fixing combined problems of not being able to shift out of Park & ABS light on / brake lights not working (or always on). Just remove 2x crosshead screws from the close out panel under the steering column with a Phillips driver. Pinching the small locking tabs next to the screw holes, take note of the two points where the foam lined tabs are inserted and lower the panel to the floor board, exposing the switch and wiring. Untwist the old switch a half turn & pull it out, then pop out the old plastic retention nut from the bracket. Gently but firmly grip the locking tab on electrical connection (it must be fully depressed to release), then remove the old switch. The rest is just the same process in reverse. Some cheap gorilla grip gloves and a pen light will help.
