Great fix for DC50 weak suction on brush head.
Fitting to Dyson DC50 was a little fiddly with the spring, however took only 30 minutes all in. Suction power of the brush head is transformed and like new I would say. A very worthwhile fix. The part itself is OK, not as good as an original but way cheaper etc. Operation is fine and so far no complaints only relief I don't need to buy a new Dyson. Will need T15 and T8 Torque bits to remove the relevant screws. There are plenty of YouTube videos on how to fit.

Fits well
But shaped seal too flimsy, so luckily existing one was fine.

Same quality as original part
Part is the same as the original, as it should be. A little fiddly to fit, but there are some excellent videos on YouTube. I followed the video step wise and paused as each phase was completed. Took about an hour.

Save your time and money
Folks, please save your money..this part will not work on your Dyson..you'll just get angry and have to take it to a proper repair company to be told that 90% of people bring in their Dyson with this part and have to be told it's not the correct one. Luckily, my repair man had a used spare and fitted it..but said you can't get this part anywhere.

Hose great rubber seal too flimsy.
The sealing end rubber was not as firm as the old one ( too flexible ) and kept falling off so I used the old seal on the new hose and it works well.
