UPDATE: After a year I am updating to FIVE STARS. Worth every penny at $99. I’ve worn these every single day working in construction and use them at night to sleep. The battery did stop working after a year of heavy use. (When opening it, appears the neutral wire broke from the soldering but I’m not an electronics experts so that’s a guess). I must say I have dropped the case and buds maybe one hundred times if not more off ladders and stuff. So it took a hell of a beating. I worked in dirty, wet, dusty environments too. These are tough. They stay in the ears all day and all night. I use the noise canceling with ASMR to sleep and they don’t come out ( I use the included large size silicone pieces). The only reason it’s getting 4 stars is because I can’t use “hey siri”. I can hold down on the bud (through a glove which is great) to use it though. Otherwise the pros: super comfortable, fits the ear very snugly, low pro design, charges very fast (although buds run low on battery after a few hours when using ambient aware), voice clarity when using ambient aware is crystal clear. Can select functions for each ear (right ear volume control, left for play/pause/skip). Can answer calls and hang up with a tap/x2 tap. Just wish u could use hey siri. But worth not buying air pods as these are much more low pro and sit in the ear flush and stay in with excessive movement

I had an older model of JBL true wireless earbuds, and liked them a lot but was ready for an upgrade. I grabbed these and have been incredibly happy. They sound great and feel great in my ears. I wear them to work often, and so if I'm doing a lot of moving, they will sometimes loosen a little bit, but I almost always am able to feel it and push them back in before they fall out. The touch features take a little while to get used to. But if you handle the buds by holding the outside, instead of the middle, I find I don't usually trigger the touch functions accidentally. It's not a perfect system, but I really like the ability to pause/play, FF/RW, control noise cancelling by only touching the earbuds - I don't have to pull out my phone. The noise cancelling isn't PERFECT (they're earbuds, I think FULL noise cancelling kind of requires over-ear headphones) but it is pretty impressive. I will sometimes use it will shoveling or doing outdoor work and it cuts out a LOT of the noise. The battery life is great, and I have yet to kill them in a single day. Even if I am using both for a couple hours while I work, I toss em back in the case while I take a break, and they charge enough in that time that I never have issues. And I like the wireless charging ability. Overall, very very happy with these. I'm sure that more expensive ones could offer some improvements, but these are great for the price point.

These earbuds are excellent. The sound quality is clear and powerful, with great bass. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time and fit perfectly in the ears. The battery life is great, and the noise cancellation works really well. They connect easily to my phone and work perfectly for calls, music, and workouts. I highly recommend them.

The right ear bud does its own thing. I'll be in the middle of a conversation and then I hear "mute on". Very inconvenient. Sound quality is great though

I bought these December 2022. They have been a great set of Bluetooth ear buds. The sound and bass are great. The different settings while listening are nice. Noise canceling setting does a great job on airplanes, while mowing the yard, or blowing the leaves. Ambient aware setting lets you listen to music without tuning out the whole world. After two years the batteries are still holding up well. The only downside I have noticed is that recently the right earbud has started to give a fuzzy feedback that can be quite annoying. It’s hit or miss when it happens and not consistent. This could be due to age or wear/tear as I use them almost everyday during my jogs. But it has me looking to replace them with a new set soon. Overall I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Short version: They sound good, as expected for JBL. The multi-link feature is buggy and doesn't work well enough for daily use. I spend 5+ hours a day on MS Teams calls and frequently switch between using my phone and computer to take the calls, as well as listen to music, so multi-link is a must-have feature for me. I also sometimes work in a noisy office and like the noise canceling to help mute the sound of everyone else talking, so I can concentrate. I normally use a set of MS Surface over-the-ear headphones or a set of Jabra Elite Active 7 buds, both of which work very well - great sound, noise canceling, and reliable multi-link. Unfortunately, I some-how managed to lose my Jabra's, and the 7s aren't available anymore. So, I decided to try these JBLs. After the first week of daily use, here are my thoughts. The good: The JBLs sounded great, and the app's EQ worked nicely to tailor the sound to my preferences. Battery life was also as advertised. The bad: The multi-link feature is buggy and doesn't work well for me. The buds would often cause my MS Team client to lockup when trying to join a call unless I disconnected them from my phone first. I would also have trouble keeping them connected to my phone or computer. I experienced multiple disconnects while in use and I'd have to put them back in the case to reset them before they would reconnect. The noise canceling is quite poor, even after taking the time to make sure they had the proper fit. I'd say there really isn't any active noise canceling. It's maybe 80% passive and 20% active at best and was unable to even fully mute a single person talking to me in a normal voice. Both my MS Surface headphones and the Jabra 7's were MUCH better in this regard. They are both able to fully mute a normal conversation voice, with active noise canceling turned on - something that is great for noisy offices. Some additional thoughts: I didn't really appreciate the touch controls on the JBLs. I was always activating it when putting them in our taking them out. The Jabra 7s use a physical button press instead of touch, which worked much better. The MS Surface Headphones use both touch and rotation on the ear cups, which also works very well. (Too many designers today underestimate the benefits of tactile response in the rush to embrace touch-enabled devices.) I also really likely the Jabra Active silicone covering instead of the hard plastic. It was both more comfortable and more secure to wear. My ears where a little sore after several hours of wearing the JBLs. Something I don't experience with the MS Surface headphones and Jabra Active 7s.

These earbuds are amazing, I mean I can't say enough good things about this item JBL really really nailed it. These earbuds sound amazing, they are so clear when talking, amazing bass and you can adjust for more bass if you like. I tried beats right before this one and I hated it, honestly it sounded awful so I returned it and got this JBL and this will be my all time favorite earbuds. Great noise cancelling. On the app you can do lots of things, adjust everything and the earbuds react to your change immediately, so cool And it's even cheaper than beats. Also battery life is very good It's got some really really cool and useful features that others don't and when you use them then you realize how helpful they are Unbelievable. I love them. Thank you JBL for this awesome and amazing product. Also the volume is very loud (awesome), to a point that I had to lower the volume. I never had to do that on other earbuds because they were not loud, it's great that you can listen to your music loud that's how it should be. Again love it. Vv

I've only had these for a few months and I have more complaints than compliments about them. The battery life is awful, downright awful. I work in a warehouse and one earbud does not last half a shift. My previous earbuds lasted an entire day on shift without case recharge. These barely last 4 hours before I'm getting a low battery warning. The connectivity is spotty at best, often requiring a full restart to get them to reconnect. They don't always stay fully seated in my ear, no matter which ear cup I use. Overall I am less than impressed for the price of these. Spend your money on a better pair of earbuds.

Realmente son de muy buena calidad, tienen buen sonido, fácil de manipular, se cargan muy rápido, la batería dura mucho tiempo, la cancelación de ruido realmente funciona, los he probado con ruido extremo y prácticamente lo anuló, las llamadas son claras, el micrófono es muy bueno, puedes tener llamadas muy nítidas. Mi único problema fue a la hora de hacer ejercicio, se resbalaban de mi oído después de un buen rato puestos, quizás porque no me los he puesto bien, falta de costumbre quizás, el sudor al parecer no les afecta pero creo que después de un tiempo resbalan del oído, pero no sé me pasa con todos. Aún así a mí me encantaron, son casi perfectos.

**actualización: los tengo desde el 2023 y a fecha del 2025 siguen como el primer día, buena duración de batería, calidad de sonido, etc. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ La calidad del audio es excelente, es JBL, no podrías esperar menos. La duración de las baterías es sumamente buena, en promedio los uso de 2 a 3 horas por día con cancelación de ruido activa, desde que los tengo (una semana y media) los he cargado en dos ocasiones así que por batería no vas a sufrir. Los bajos son muy buenos, los medios y agudos cumplen muy bien. Si buscas audífonos para trotar estos son una buena opción, en mi caso, corriendo en la caminadora a una buena velocidad los audífonos no se caen en lo más minimo, se fijan muy bien. Los recomiendo ampliamente, estoy satisfecho con ellos.
