Are the wheels replaceable ?

I’m not sure. I would think so. She’s are just attached with some kind of bolts.

If you move the pull handle left and right will the wheels turn left and right in combination?

Yes they do. I actually returned it and got a bigger one with regret. I couldn’t pull it in sand. I wished I had kept this one. The wheels are larger than I had anticipated. It’s not real easy to close because of the wheels rolling and trying to hang onto it at the same time.

Where is it made (i.e. country of origin)?

Moon lance is base on China, according to there information in the amazon.com
