check you have a 12 volts good supply to the pump, try resetting psi /bar read out/ and cut out pressure.

Yes you can if you have two 12v sockets.

Confusing ad : states max 20 psi, yet states inflates up to 15psi ..... will this inflate a 20psi board completely?
