You MUST check the hardware first.
I read most of the reviews and had seen that there was trouble with leaking. You might need to push those washers down securely so that it sits inside the hose connector flat. Using your hand to screw the hose to the handle is too difficult and DO NOT use pliers .... please seat the washers securely first with your fingers to help with fitting. That will help with hand tightning.Mine worked great.... even without plumbers tape.Water pressure is great for a 1.7 gal shower head .

Love this product
My hair and skin feel softer with this in our shower. We have been using this product for 3 or 4 years now and I definitely recommend. Our skin absorbs 1 litre (I think) of water a day from showering. It’s important to filter out chlorine and other chemicals. And I also love that my hair is softer and healthier now.

Not impressed at all
They claim that this is a high pressure shower. It is only high pressure if you are using it as a shower showerhead that is not to be able to come down closer to your scalp once you bring it closer to your scalp. It’s barely pressure at all and it’s quite strange. I cannot give you an opinion on the filter since I only use the shower twice.

A healthier way to shower
I've always detested the strong smell of chlorine from my water, and I don't like feeling dried out after a shower. This does seem to soften my skin more than regular water, and there is no strong chlorine odor. The shower filter is good quality and easy to install. My only gripe is that the filter lasts only six months, from what the item description stated. I recommend at least trying this item out to see how it compares to your showers using no filter.

Great Filter, Poor Water Pressure
The filter seems to do a nice job, and I like the concept, but the water pressure is disappointing. The water comes out too slowly, which makes showering and washing my hair take much longer. If you have thick hair or prefer strong water pressure, this may not be the best option for you.
