I installed these shelves to increase counter space which enabled me to organize the work area in the kitchen where I roast, grind, and brew coffee.The shelves are very sturdy and will no doubt be able to hold several pounds of green coffee beans. I installed the second shelf to the other side of the range primarily for aesthetics but I’m sure it’ll be used. The most difficult part of the installation was slipping the shelf over the mounting bracket. On the second shelf I didn’t tighten the mounting screws as tight and the shelf slipped over easier. The shelf still felt solid.

This is a nice light duty stainless steel shelf...basically a scaled down industrial looking shelf, if that’s the look you’re after. However, I’d hesitate to load more than about 5 lbs on it. Little tricky to install. The wall brackets are a bent flared at the top flat piece of metal. The back of the top shelf slips over the flared edge. Hard to explain in words. The flared edge is pretty minimal so if the wall you mount it to is not perfectly flat and/or textured, it’s almost impossible to get the shelf to grab onto the edge. I had to loosen the screws that hold the flat brackets a little so it wasn’t pressed so tightly against the wall. Then was able to get the shelves onto them. Not ideal but it works for a light duty product.

These hold deceptively more glasses and cups than one would imagine. They need to be installed correctly and level to be maximumly sturdy.

Underside of shelf is unfinished, so we installed the top shelf upside down, looks good too. There are small dents on the edges of these shelves, requested for replacement, but replacement have the same problem. For installation, we find that loosen the very left and right of the screws will help to insert the shelf easier, but tighten the two middle screws so the shelf is still secure on the wall.

I waited for a whole month to find the time to install these shelves and honestly I wish I could return them but the window of return is no longer available. Paid almost $100 for shelves that are useless. I bought them for my restaurant and thought it would be sturdy and hold some spice jars off the counter and I cannot even put anything on these without them getting bent. What a joke! I never write reviews because I don't find the time but I am upset because I spend money and finally found time to put extra holes on my walls only to now take them off and patch and paint the walls just because these shelves aren't really made well. One of the shelves is leaning down in the front end and it won't straiten. It was waste of money for a flimsy product! Don't buy it because it's not strong enough to hold anything.

Make sure you know what you are doing before installing. Just the weight of the shelves dictate super secure anchoring. With the proper anchors, it only takes 15 minutes to install. They are exactly what we wanted and look great.

Quick delivery - 2 days from USA to my door in UK.Product looks good. In terms of aesthetics it looks good.But I quickly realised the fixing bracket isn't fit for purpose. I trialled it in a scrap piece of chipboard and its impossible to slip the shelf onto the bracket when its tight against the surface. So I loosened the screws and the bracket away from the wall and got it to sit on the bracket that way. But it was rattling and loose. I feel like sending them all the way to the USA - and may well yet do so. But first I'm going to see if I can manufacture my own, better bracket (or lugs). Its a nice looking shelf - but not worth the money - because it is NOT easy to install and in this respect the ad is misleading
