Q3 - The product seems to not work on my car,what should I do?

Q5 - U2-AIR can't connect to altima via usb

Some car brands, such as Audi, Volkswagen, Hyundai, etc., have multiple car protocol channels, and these cars need to manually select the Apple CarPlay protocol after connecting to the U2-AIR in order for the U2-AIR to work with the car.
