Durable and works well
I bought this to expand my home network. I had to drill through a few walls and run the fibre round the outside of the building. I previously attempted this with a non-armoured indoor grade fibre but I accidentally snagged it and broke it. For my second attempt i spent the extra and bought this armoured fibre, and I'm glad I did. This fibre is not too bulky but you can feel the difference in durability. You do still have to be careful to avoid kinks while you're pulling it so it's beneficial to have a helper make sure it is feeding properly. The metal armouring in the fibre makes it quite "springy" and opinionated about where you want to lay it.Once installed, I'm using it with a pair of 10Gtek transceivers and it is working reliably at the full 10Gbit/s.

Great cable for sending video over a festival site with Blackmagic converters
I bought X2 of these 300m fibre cables to join together to send and receive a video source over a festival site. I used the Blackmagic Mini Converter optical fibre boxes each end with a very cheap joijner in the middle to join each of the 300m.I ran these with other power and site cables in safe places and were set in cable traps to prevent damage. Over the weekend an areas was opened to allow bin trucks to pass over the fibre cable (on grass) where there were no cable trap protection and the fibre still worked perfectly (not recommended but it happened and still survived). I also discovered areas where have wood panels had been put on the cable and still no damage. It says it has a level of armour protection, i was curious to see how well this would work and a few tests confirm it is pretty strong.

Substantial and reliable
Was fed up with bad wifi in my outbuilding so bought this and a pair of fiber internet transceivers. I installed this along the outside wall with a glue gun then (with some care!) into regular PVC conduit for going along the fence. It managed to curve OK within regular PVC conduit electrical joins which are quite tight. With 1GB units I'm reliably getting over 900 meg both ways so very happy. I had to get LC to SC connectors for the transceivers but all works well.

Tested and works great
I'm using this cable externally so I needed it to be armoured. I have full fibre and don't like the location the engineer installed the entry cable. I'm now using this cable to move the router into the loft. I have a ethernet to fibre extender and tested everything before installing. The signal was strong and no issues so far.

DON'T BUY IT !! IT'S NOT 10gbps !!
I recently upgraded my network devices and I wanted to set fibre connection using SFP+ and get 10Gbps.In description of this product you can clearly see it supporting 10G, 25G, 40G connection and transceivers but IT'S NOT !!I waisted my time and money on replacing transceivers, switches and changing configuration. Also is overpriced !!!! I found the same length and supporting 10G !! fibre for half the price !!Overall very disappointed !!IT'S only 1G speed !! AND overpriced DON'T BUY !!

Good flexibility and quality!
The fibre cable appears to be well made, it’s smooth outer insulation helping when pulling alongside existing cables, and has a good bend radius without damaging the fibre.

Beware of Mice on non armoured cables.
I brought this and a few more because I originally brought non armoured which lasted just a few weeks running around the outside of the house.Something chewed or pecked at it and I had to invest in this armoured cable but it is doing a great job, getting full speed from it and is a much nicer cable to run outside. But I am also using it inside now too as mice don't get they not meant to come into the house and I hada internal non armoured cable chewed. Even prevents the accidental cinching of the cable which on non armoured is easy to do, then you have a cable that's useless.
