Buy tremela power and wonder why it smelled just like normal mushrooms, well this one needs concentrated and extracted well so it tastes like a rice pudding flavour which this one contains, time health had one which tasted just as good but they stopped, another brand is on amazon but so far all I can say is this is a great tasting product you dont wanna use lots of in a protein shake, vanilla yellow split pea and stevia, monk fruit and Thaumatin and also inulin for natural sweeteners which wont destroy your gut microbiome like sucralose does. Seems to be good in thst it doesn’t cause any gut pain/problems, seems also to improve time it take to get to sleep around 80% of the time if taken pre bed. Noticed a slight reduction in my knee inflammation/swelling.
