Strong and silky
I have been using vegetal silica for the past 7 years. It is an awesome product. It keeps my hair, skin and nails supple and strong. I love it. My hair hair has grown. It is so silky. I used to buy it from vitamin shoppe locally. They stop selling it so I order from Amazon.

Nails
I choose this rating because it is such a superior product. I just tried another brand with a higher milligram per capsule and it did nothing. Because of the medication i'm on my nails split, chip and are so soft they hurt. I have been taking Vegetal Silica for many years and I have run out a few times for a month or more giving my nails time to grow out. Boy was I sorry each time I say I will never do that again. Now that I can buy from Amazon I have no excuse for running out.
