No issues works like a charm had no issues with speed not heating connects easy. Made the transfer job way easier

I can't speak to the electronics or speed - that isn't an issue for me - but the build quality of this case is impressive and the circuit board did what I needed. Some other reviews appear to be for different products. This is for the MAIWO mSATA SSD to USB 3.0 Adapter Enclosure for 30x30mm 51x30mm Mini SATA Drive. No cables, no thermal pads, just a circuit board to plug an mSATA SSD into a USB port, an awesome heavy duty black metal case and a little hardware. The mSATA drive snaps securely into the circuit board. Also include are screws and posts to hold a short 30 x 30 mm drive to the board, and an end plate for the case with tiny screws. Only two of each hardware are needed, but these little things are easy to drop so Maiwo includes three of each! Also a nice Phillips driver for the tiny screws.

Worked great with all the SAS drives i attached SSD and HDD 2.5 and 3.5 and which is why i got this (to erase server drives). It worked with some SATA drives but not so well with others. It would either be slow, or it would attach and then lose it.

Laptop died recently and needed a way to retrieve the contents off the old drive. There did not seem to be many options for mSATA SSD enclosures so I am grateful this one has worked fine and done it's job well. It's also reasonably priced which is nice. My only gripe is that it is wide and takes up a bit of space when plugged into my laptop via USB. Overall though very pleased with the purchase.

This device makes it easy to check out SAS drives before you commit them tgo a NAS. I've had it for several months now, tested six drives with it, and it has yet to fail me.

inadequate power supply or bad. It disconnects REPEATEDLY under Windows and LINUX when copying data from HP 3tb SAS drive AFTER I COPIED MY LAST COPY OF MY DATA INTO IT!!! MY DATA IS NOW TRAPPED IN THE HD! DISABLED USB POWER OFF BUT THAT DID NOT HELP!

Works great on SAS drives. This is the only device that I found that did work with SAS drives. And the price is quite affordable.

Great product,works very well. I used a USB extension cord because it covers 2 USB ports. I recommend this product. I have 2 with different names on them but same setup. Good Deal.
