Make Sure You Are receiving a new product. Mine was used. Bluetooth cant connect. Hence driver cant be installed. Charger not working so had to use a different charger. Ordered a replacement lets see what happens.

Good Product, Bad Customer Service
At first i was having a problem with android client apps which is compatible, i tried Dlabel which i got the apps link barcode from the instruction book but was unable to print it. I was also having issue with connecting to my Laptop but couldn't be detected by the latop, later on i found the USB cable supplied with the device doesn't support data, it is only for charging. So again i could get it detected on my PC using Type C usb data cable but no drivers as the driver CD's doesn't comes in the box, googled it around and finally found the printer driver for the device. The Customer Support number given is not friendly, useless. I called it and doesn't know English, he asked me to Whatsapp him but never got reply. Now, all is well and i can use the device with Mobile and Laptop. One more thing to add up, use paper roll of upto 15 metres only, else it wouldn't fit in.
