Do you have clinpro 5000 1.1% sodium fluoride toothpaste? that's what my dentist sold to me and wants me to use it

No, unfortunately, we cannot get this version as it requires a prescription to sell (Clinpro 5000 is an Rx product). The Clinpro 5000 is definitely a great product and the 5x fluoride is certainly beneficial for those who need it.

What’s the highest amount of fluoride otc?

This particular toothpaste has 0.21% fluoride according to the labeling on the box. I do not know what you mean by otc. This amount of fluoride is more than over-the-counter brands contain. I hope this is helpful.

How is this different than crest other than the foaming?

Besides flavor and texture differences, There are two major differences that you should know about. First, Clinpro contains the remineralizing 'tricalcium phosphate' agent; Crest does not. Additionally, the abrasivity (or, how gentle it is, which is important for gum health) of Clinpro is LOW while Crest is generally HIGH: this is important since a HIGH abrasivity can damage gum (and ultimately tooth) health. When asked to choose between a HIGH or LOW abrasivity toothpaste, most dentists would support a gentle toothpaste (along with a soft-bristle toothbrush) as this helps preserve gum health (and, thus, tooth health) as one ages.

Dentist-Recommended Fluoride Tooth Creme

My dentist recommended that I use a fluoride toothpaste twice a day to help prevent cavities. This Clinpro Tooth Creme is pleasant tasting, came at a reasonable price, and must be working. I'm getting good dental check-ups!

Clin Pro Tooth Cream is a Good Tooth Paste

I purchased two tubes of the ClinPro Tooth Cream and am very happy with the product. The tooth cream has .21% Sodium Floride to strengthen teeth and the Vanilla Mint flavor is pleasant tasting. While the Floride level in the ClinPro Tooth Cream is less than what I can get at the dentist, it is more economical. This is a good product that I will continue to use. RK

Great toothpaste! Dentist recommended.

Love this toothpaste! I have been using this paste for a number of years now after my dentist suggested it. I like the vanilla flavor with a little bit of mint. Most toothpaste out there are too strong with the mint. Another popular brand on the market used to have a Vanilla mint paste but they stopped making it, am glad I found this one. It is a bit pricey but it doesn't bother me like the other heavy mint ones.
