This replacement toe touch push bathtub drain stopper is a great, low-cost option to replace one that no longer held a seal when filling the tub.-Free shipping, arrived overnight as promised-Included 2 brass fittings for common U.S drain sizes. The larger one worked for mine, just make sure to attach the star shaped washer correctly.-Make sure and measure your current one, this one is for a 2 inch diameter toe touch drain cover.-Easy to install, held a seal for filling water-If initially there is not a tight seal because the rubber gasket sits too high, remove the chrome cap and use a flat head screw driver to adjust the brass dial. This controls how high or low the stopper sits over the drain opening. I believe some users mistakenly think this is a faulty stopper because water leaks but I recommend adjusting the dial underneath the chrome cover.-Yes, this may not be as heavy duty or high quality as an OEM part, but due to the nature of this part in that it will sustain heavy daily use; I expect the rubber gasket to eventually fail just because it is a part in contact with water daily. Hoping the spring loaded portion lasts a while. However, due to the low cost (15$) and ease of installation; it’s an easy part to purchase again especially for a rental home.

I wanted a toe step style bath tub stopper. This was perfect because my house didn’t come with any stoppers, so i didn’t know what size the post is. This kit came with both the common sizes. Nice!+ Looks nice. I like the style and color of the topper.+ It works, once you have it installed correctly.+ Fairly easy to install. The key is to unscrew the topper to reveal the larger fastener basically. Would have been nice to have some simple instructions though.+ It prevents the tub from draining. Thats exactly what i wanted it to do.-The materials are pretty cheap feeling.-Though i figured out the installation... i was on the struggle bus for about 5 minutes. It sure would have been nice to have some pictographic instructions printed on the backside of the cardboard insert. Is that too much to ask? It seems so.

Worked for a couple of months then water started seeping through. After 6 months the water was no longer held. Tried cleaning the rubber and reinstalling but the seal is too narrow and quality of rubber is poor.

This replacement part is perfection. Looks original to the tub and functions better than original part. Note: As an FYI, at first it didn't seat correctly and leaked a little, but my husband who has an engineer mind, made a small adjustment by tightening a screw at top of stopper just below top cap (you will need to remove top cap and rubber gasket, but they screw right back in place). This adjustment did the trick. I am a happy wife and satisfied customer.

Took nearly no time to install and fits great. Seems pretty good quality. Water definitely stops and drains fast. The top unscrews for easy removals… the only thing I think is that it sits kind of high even in the down position.

The top part is not brass but plastic so I don't know how long it will last. So far works fine.
