For the price there is nothing better, I also like there is no plastic or wood or whatever, it's all one piece. Had it for a few months and holding well.

This knife is extremely Sharp. Be cautious while using it but it is very handy for slicing pork loins into pork chops and other meats. Very handy for slicing vegetables and dicing onions. Again it is extremely sharp so it is easy to use. It has a cover so that you can put it away and be safe with it in a drawer. I recommend this knife to anyone who's looking for a good kitchen knife

Amazing knife, well balanced, I’d buy it again. It cus precisely and quickly. Good weight and feel. I’ve been hand washing it, since my old one got rust stains from other items when in the dishwasher. (I have one from 20 years ago and it’s been my favorite too until I snapped the tip off.)

I love these knives. Well made, easy to handle and they clean up great in the dishwater. Oh and believe they are sharp too.

I should have gotten a smaller knife. It is too big for what I wanted to use it for. But seems good quality.

This knife is sharps it longs for blood everytime its unsheathed jehe cut 500 lb of meat and still kept going with a steel for another 200 keeps up with more famouse brands shuns,zwillings,whustoffs ,some japs only bad thing is with ribs the grip slips because of the grease and it asks for blood jeje

The knife is pretty good but it could be sharper. I do use it for cutting veggies and other things but I wish it was much sharper.

Great chefs knife for the money.
