Perfect, like no other. Good quality of sound, image and never stop working

This is my second device. First one lasted two weeks. Second one two days. The device keeps going offline very often, and when it work keep freezing the picture. I can not recommend it.

I’m still not sure about this product. I’ve got the Motion Detection feature turned on and when there’s nobody in the room, it sends me notifications saying movement was detected. Hmmmm! How? I’m going to send it back and get a replacement unit. If the same thing happens, full refund.

Low quality video, motion detect is far from good. Doesn't create one video once movement is detected but cuts it to tens of small videos which is annoying

I received the item with good package and it looked well quality. It easys to set up,I used around 10 minutes. the day and night picture is clearly with clearly voice, I like the camera with good usb charger, I set it in my living room and I can see what did my lovely dog do when I am not at home.

This is much better than expected given its discreet nature, in fact it’s hard to believe it’s anything but a usb charging hub. It arrived today, setup was a bit fiddly but think down to me more than the device or instructions, only issue with setup is QR code was generated on the phone I was setting up with so couldn’t scan it in, perhaps a separate code on the packaging like some other devices would be useful in the future, but used Wi-Fi and soon sorted, just remember device needs to be close to router during setup. Picture quality pretty good, not as sharp as I’d like but viewable. Yet to try night vision and motion detection, but a definite bonus is the microphone as it’s primary use is to monitor an older person with dementia. I have another Tuya device (door sensor) and that has been working great for months (and still is).

I had this for a while but as soon as i changed wifi provider it would not work at all so it's completely useless would not recommend

The original camera I received did not work. Donna from customer services was fantastic. She sorted out a replacement camera and kept me informed about the delivery. The second camera works well and has good picture quality. Very pleased with it but more impressed by the excellent customer service.
