They could have called this "Unicorn in a carton" because it does the impossible... high protein, keto-low levels of sugar, and it's totally plant-based so it has a light, more vegetal taste that I really like. Are you getting a bit burnt out on the taste of your usual protein shake? This one is worth a try.

We’ve used this product for my wife’s diet augmentation for months, and when our local Kroger ran out I ordered three 4-packs but all that she tried were ridiculously THICK, to the point they were almost impossible to drink through a straw. Their sell-by date was much sooner than the usual we buy, but I can only assume these were exposed to conditions that ruined them or they were just from a defective lot.UPDATE:I was contacted both by the seller and the manufacturer and learned the thickness was a product run problem that does not effect the safety and they offered to refund or replace the order and the order is on the way! Excellent customer service!!

It is sweet and has an after taste.

Mostly meal replacement and snacks. I love the flavor and that it's dairy free. 😋 it gives me extra energy from the high protein while satisfying my craving for sweets with no added sugar. It can't get any better.

Very disappointed. It tastes fine, but the texture is absolutely nasty when refrigerated! Haven't tried one room temp yet. Maybe refrigerating them is what makes them get globby. I dunno , can I shook them very well. This is so globby it's like when you try to blend room temp butter with eggs, that's how it looks. And it feels in your mouth like when you drink soy milk and you get those globs of tofu or whatever they are. Makes me wanna literally gag from the texture and the first thing I did before swallowing the first gulp was to go find the date because I was afraid I got an old batch. The date was totally fine! I'm sure it's not bad in a food safety sense, it's just a very poorly designed formula. I'm gonna have to blend it with ice and add berries to disguise the texture, I think, in order to choke it down. 🤢 It's too expensive to waste. Sadly, these won't work for a quick easy drink, which is why I bought them. I wanted the high protein, and a low carbs without sugar alcohols or dairy. I'll be sticking with the Koia keto vanilla shakes. Sadly, they Koia brand needs to be refrigerated though, and they don't carry quite a much protein in a bottle, but they are quick and they do have a great texture and great taste!
