It's really a great product to get natural sleep without any side effects, I woke-up very fresh next morning.Generally this kind of products gives you feeling of uneasyness or you feel lethargic next morning but that is not the case with this product. You would feel fresh and normal Next morning.It didn't make you habitual like other similar products. You can have it when you require.I would recommend this product for a very good sleep.

Honestly i am suffering from slees syndrome and because of alot of overthinking i just end up feeling so anxiety so it's so hard for me to sleep ,but after taking these pills I felt so good and was able to sleep very well but after a week if I forgot to take the pill for 2 or more days then i started feeling so depressed and sometimes i don't even sleep for 1 or 2 days.so, from my point of view they are good but at a limit don't take the pills on daily basis.

Better than psychiatric SSRI drugs, it's natural .It works, but overdosing (I sometimes take 2 tablets at once) can cause headaches next day.Also...can make you sleepy whole day.But it's natural, so I don't have compliants.
