Ohmino Essential Amino Acids Powder, EAA Powder with BCAA & Caffeine

I’ve tried countless amino acid supplements over the years, and Oh!mino Essential Amino Acids Supplement stands in a class of its own. From the first week, I noticed improved muscle recovery, reduced soreness, and sustained energy throughout my workouts. It’s clear this product was formulated with both performance and quality in mind. The mixability is outstanding—no clumping, no gritty texture, and no overpowering artificial taste. It blends smoothly and is easy to drink during or after training. What really sets Oh!mino apart is how clean it feels. No bloating, no stomach discomfort—just pure, efficient recovery support. I also appreciate the thoughtful ingredient profile. It provides the essential amino acids the body actually needs for muscle repair and performance, without unnecessary fillers or additives. Whether you’re training hard in the gym, staying active through the week, or simply looking to support lean muscle and recovery as you get older, this supplement delivers. If you’re serious about optimizing recovery, preserving muscle, and maintaining performance, Oh!mino Essential Amino Acids is absolutely worth it. Premium product. Premium results. Highly recommended. 💪

Taste is not so great, better with less water, or added to juice, but have tasted far worse from other companies I use this as a preworkout. I have an incredibly sensitive digestive system and unable to take any caffeine, so use the caffeine free one. No digestive issues at all with it. One very noticeable thing is that I don’t ache the next day, even after a heavy weightlifting session. I have passed many of my personal bests with this product, managed to get back up to single arm bent over rows with 40 lb dumbbell, haven’t managed that for a few years due to shoulder surgery in last couple of years. If you can get past the taste, then it’s worth it. Even if I take this in the early evening to do a workout, It doesn’t keep me awake, which being an insomniac is a bonus, a lot of other stim free preworkout products from other companies would keep me wide awake. Price wise, I don’t have an issue, due to other products from other companies costing basically around the same price.

I like the flavor. I have been drinking a few other supplements, and I can’t really tell if this one is the one that did the magic. I saw really good changes that I never saw before. The flavor is ok, use a lot of ice and enough water. What I don’t appreciate most is that this supplement is way more expensive than others. I would buy it again if I’m sure this one is the one that made the big changes. I won’t buy it again for now. I want to try with a different one, and see if I can get same results.

Don’t live the taste but I love what it does for my workout and body! Makes me feel great through the day. Mixes well. Dissolves easily.

I see the results taking it as a pre-workout out but it taste horrible in just water. So I decided to mix it in apple juice. The taste is better not the best but better. I might try it in a different juice like pineapple. How ever the results are awesome I do recover a lot faster. I take it at lunch before hitting the gym. At the end of the day I still take a regular protein shake. But I did try this alone at first for a month to see the difference. This actually helps add to what my body is missing. I feel fantastic and all the girls are looking at me with my 6 pack of abs and arms. It's good to get a product that does what it says. I will buy another when this runs out. Update this made me lose weight not actually gain muscle so if you're looking to shred this will do it.

The product seemed to work well, sustained me through workouts. It tasted pretty good too, like citrusy more than specifically tropical (which is probably for the best since faux tropical can be gross). Best thing is no caffeine, which is hard to find, and the fact you could use pre workout or during workout. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the listed servings on container as 40 servings, which is definitely far from true. It's prob less than 30, more like 20. I should've counted, and if I buy again I definitely will count the servings.

Loving this oh!mino supplement Light, refreshing taste and zero sugar. Perfect for recovery without stimulants, fits my routine perfectly!

I’ve been using non-flavored aminos and flavoring it myself. I decided to try something new. Regret. The after taste of this product made me nauseous. I took it three times and then trashed it. I do NOT recommend Oh-Amino. It tastes awful.
