This is the second time I've had this brand of locs installed. The first time, whatever they treat this hair with f***ed me up. It itches SOOOOOOO badly and oiling your scalp did nothing. After a few weeks, it does go away, but this time I wasn't gonna deal with it. So once I received them, I soaked them in water and apple cider vinegar ( forgot how long. Google it). Then I soaked them in water and moisturizing conditioner. I think I just used Suave, but used a crap ton in the water. Gently squeezed the water out & laid them out for a few days until they dried. This eliminated the itching, thank God. The con to the soaking is you can see that the locs have expanded, causing the tangling to be worse than not soaking. You can run your fingers through and hear the snapping from the tangling, so I'm constantly trimming the flyaways. I also started spraying the locs with a combo of jojoba oil & water to help soften them, because they can get dry and rough. I still continue to get compliments sl of the time and even though this hair wasn't my first choice ( my beautician got these instead of the ones with the loose hair on the locs), I absolutely love them and make me look good! I have the ombre black, red, and blonde locs. Oh, and don't keep them in too long, they can get heavy and pull on your real hair. I hate pics and was dog tired when I took this, but here ya go. :D. The color is pretty, and the hair is soft. I dint know if it stank on arrival... thanks COVID 😡... so I washed it really good before issuing. The curl pattern held

This is beautiful, i’ve had this on for close to 3months and still get compliments when i wear it down! I bought two packs cos i wanted it really full( i almost finished the pack), i have gotten another to redo the same style.

My honest review. I like the waves the color and the length. The downside is that it tangles and frizzes like crazy. I had to wear my hair pulled back in a ponytail I got tired of the frizzes and the tangles. If you want a quick hairstyle then maybe but anything else ummmm no. If I were to purchase this hair again I would wear it in the same style that it's in now.

threw these in the night before a girls’ trip and whew, I’ve never had so many compliments from strangers — and I mean real compliments, not the “nice hair” kind, but the “who did your hair and what is that color?!” Soft? Yup. Lightweight? Yup. Easy to install? Absolutely — I’m a crochet newbie and still knocked it out in under 2 hours. The color blend (1B/30/27) gave rich, golden goddess energy. No itching, no tangles, and I still had strands left over. Only minus: a few locs were a little too perfect at first. I roughed 'em up a bit to get that natural vibe.

Had them installed today. Only the top of my head is crochet braids as I have a undercut. This is a mix of the red and mix of black- 5 packs total ( 3x ombré burgundy and 2 x black) . Washed before you use, in vinegar and Dawn dish soap and rince until there is no smell. Hope this helps...

This is my second time wearing crochet locs and I like these locs way better as they are softer and do not give your face a harsh look. The colours pop and the hair is super easy to install. I have received many many compliments .
