Good straps mission is to lift as heavy as i can to break them still holding strong all around good product

Super handy, I’ve only used them for about a week and they take so much pressure and digging into my wrists off as opposed to straps. Highly recommend if you have problems with your gtrip lifting heavy weights

I don’t normally leave reviews, but these hooks are excellent and have really helped me increase my deadlift weight and reps. You can still retain your best grip strength by holding the bar naturally until your grip gives out, then letting the hooks take over for the last few reps. This allows you to target the muscle groups you want to take close to failure without your grip giving out first! Very well made and comfortable to wear, I’d recommend these hooks to anyone who wants to take their deadlifts and back exercises to a higher level.

The way they fold is not the best but pretty good for money. A bracket be better than cloth in my opinion.

Brought to help me at the gym as arthritis in my hands is getting the better of me most days but I don’t want to stop training. Very well made, sturdy and comfortable on the wrists . Only down side is I have small hands and find the metal bit a little cumbersome but on the whole very good.

Avoid. I bought this to help with deadlift. It makes it even harder to deadlift. I would rather have my slippery sweaty fingers than this thing. Good however for pull ups.

zijn perfeckt, alleen als je polsen wat breder zijn, ik moet bv mijn polshorloge uitdoen anders passen ze niet.

Sehr gute und dicke Polsterung. Da ich kleine Handgelenke habe kann ich bestätigen, da drückt nichts und es klemmt auch nichts ein. Bei z.B Pull oder Chin Ups ebenso bei Hantel Rows sitzen sie sehr gut und entlasten die Unterarme signifikant. Ich muss aber anmerken, dass bei einem Reverse Griff die Haken schon mal verrutschen können und nicht optimal passen.

Ho acquistato questi ganci per trazioni con lo scopo di alleviare il carico su un gomito affetto da epitrocleite e poter continuare con gli allenamenti in palestra ed hanno svolto molto bene la propria funzione. I ganci sono in solido acciaio indeformabile, il velcro è di buona qualità così come le robuste fasce di nylon e le relative cuciture. In definitiva un ottimo prodotto affidabile e durevole ( acquistato mesi or sono) non ha ancora dato segni di cedimento. Continuo ad utilizzarlo per evitare recidive. Consiglio l'acquisto

These things work really well. It takes a little while to get used to putting them on snugly, but once I got used to getting them on properly they work really well. The only difference between these and straps is that with straps I can immediately release if I need to. With these, if I needed to release the bar in an emergency then it would be more difficult
