No it don’t it’s a scam they didn’t send my daughter all the pieces I been trying get a hold of somebody about this since Christmas

Close to 13'' from the middle of the seat to the pedal

Q: Does this ride well on carpets?

Yes it does. My 5 year old rides it on the grass on high mode with no problems. I would think on carpet it would be even better.
