This set is designed to be used with the round metal style swing set legs. I actually needed something to secure a small wooden playscape and thought I would give this a try. It really worked out well. The metal straps and chains were easy to manipulate to conform to the square wooded legs and this anchor set had the flexibility to allow me to adjust things as needed. We have very hard and rocky soil in our yard but the anchors went into the ground surprisingly easy and are holding very tightly in the ground. I want to acknowledge that I am using this anchor set differently than what is recommended by the manufacturer and I am not suggesting you do the same. If you do, it is at your own risk.' That said, I think this anchor set is reasonably priced and was an excellent choice for my needs.,

We had ours for about two years they work i would recommend this we had it during multiple storms, and it never moved kids play on it all the time and never fell it hold up very well

These work great, but we did have an issue with one breaking on us. Even with it breaking I still feel this is a great product that works. My husband was able to bend and make a new loop so it worked out fine for us. We put these in dirt that had no rocks, but just tree roots growing randomly in the ground. Our swing has six areas for us to attach these cool things too. We initially ordered the one box to see how they worked for us. Having just the 4 kept it in place when both our kids are swinging together. We plan to order one more set so we can have all areas pegged in the ground. It would be really cool if the company could make a set with six. They were very easy to put in and we would have been done within 15 minutes if we didn't have the one issue. A great product.

Works well to hold swing set in place. Easy to set up.

I purchased these to secure my son's swing set to the ground. I live in Virginia, ground is what I would consider to be average, not really rocky, maybe hard clay towards the bottom of where these stakes would hit. I had seen the reviews where people are breaking off hooks and thought maybe it's some installation error. NOPE. I have dog tethers that are larger than this and go into the ground without issue. The first one of these I put into the ground, BENT as I was turning it to where the hook faced 180 degrees from its original position. I finished that hole with a different stake, then put the first one back into the ground. For the remaining holes, I dumped water on the locations and partially dug them out with a screwdriver to make the stakes go in easier. These will probably hold your yard equipment to the ground once install, but be careful installing them. They twist and break easily, and could stand to be a millimeter thicker.

We purchased these anchors for our 12-foot trampoline. It hadn't rained in more than a month, so it was a bit difficult to twist them into the ground. We live in Iowa and just a few weeks after we made this purchase, we experienced a weather event called "derecho" which can be described as an inland hurricane. The winds were recorded at 112 mph in my neighborhood and sustained for nearly 30 minutes. The trampoline lifted, but did not blow away! The anchors held! There was some damage to the anchors due to the storm, but they are still functional. Crumpled trampolines can be seen all over our city, but ours is still intact thanks to these super strong anchors!

They work well but better instructions on how to attach the chain etc together in relation to the swing legs

Se anclan muy bien los uso para unos columpios mis hijos les dan muy duro y no se salen, eso si, necesitas usar una llave para hacer palanca y poderlas meter bien, si no están hasta abajo se van aflojando, después de un año de uso y de sacarlas y re ubicar los columpios 3 veces, una se rompió, volveré a comprar el set para sustituir esa y tener mas de repuesto. La llave correcta para la tuerca es la de 7/16.

J'ai utilisé ce kit pour fixer la balançoire de ma fille. En renfort avec des sardines, la balançoire est en sécurité.
