When I originally bought this replacement bulb, I of course expected it to work — and I found out that it does its job really well. What I expected was for it to start attracting bugs, and it did just that. I actually like the sound of hearing a zap from time to time. Sometimes you just want something to do what it’s supposed to do, and this definitely fit the bill. And the price was right.

Bought a 4 pack of these zapper bulbs and installed the first on June 16 2025. It went out on July 12 2025 which shows it lasted 27 days or 648 hours. Not the stated 3000 hours they imply. Put another one in today, July 12th. Three stars for now since the first bulb could have been a fluke. It is July 17th 2025 and the second bulb has burned out. That one lasted 5 days or 120 hours. So July 17th is the new starting date for the third bulb. Down to one star now after 2 early burnouts. Will update when and if the 3rd one goes out. It's past my return time so I'm stuck with the rest of them. It's July 20th and the third bulb burnt out. This one lasted 3 days and I can safely say do not waste your time and money. 0 stars if I could leave 0 stars for this company. 5 stars for Amazon though. It was past my return window so I contacted Amazon to ask them for information or a link to contact the seller so I could go round and round with them to try to get a refund. Amazon said it would be easier if they just gave me a refund themselves. So, yay for Amazon. These bulbs very bad. Try something else. Update: It's been a few weeks now and Amazon has not issues me a refund for these bulbs yet like they said they would. Will update I have to get a hold of them again.

This is a good product shipped on time and worked very well.

This bulb is a perfect replacement for the one that came with the bug zapper that I bought on here last year. It looks enticing to the annoying little sods and kills them quickly, with only the quietest "zap!" sound when one of them gets a bit too close to it. The brightness isn't so bright that it causes my eyes to hurt when I sit in the room with no other lights on, but is bright enough to do the job it's intended for. All in all, it's really good value for money and will remain in my "household stuff" list for when I need to buy another.

It appears to have burned out within a week or so. Had to order from another seller and getting 2 bulbs for less than price of this one. Will update if they last longer. I think this may have shipped from China & have had zero luck with items shipped from there😒
