Ya know, my new MacBook Pro is spec’ed out but even if you got the base model, that’s still a damn lot of money and I’m sure a lot of us want to protect not only the function but the look of this thing.Like a car, we wanna buy new, and maintain that shine, avoid dents and scratches, so years later we can be like “look! It looks brand new!” At least, that’s how I am.This is the case to get. It’s rugged, I mean it just feels quality. It’s sturdy but, it still leaves that beautiful apple logo transparent, the fit is so good you know this was designed for the new models.The bottom is also transparent but with the rugged bumpers and vents you still get the necessary airflow and protection without sacrificing look.I know there’s a bajillion similar things on Amazon these days but, the reviews are where you find the make or break. I’ve included photos I think cover all the angles people wanna see. Get this one for your M1 Pro or M1 Max 14 inch laptop , it just brings your machine from “omg it’s so fragile but I love it so much” to “heck yes let’s go on the road let’s edit video of a wedding while at the wedding let’s mix some music on the fly let’s record a concert while it’s happening” and you know even with heavy road travel the day you take this case off it’s still going to leave your laptop looking unboxing on YouTube fresh.Oh yeah baby oh yeah!

I don't normally write reviews for products that I purchase on Amazon but this one impressed me.I first heard about SUPCASE when I purchased a protective case for my iPhone a few years ago. I was pleased with them then so I figured I'd give them an opportunity to do the same for my new Macbook. I was not disappointed.The case was easy to install. It just snapped right into place. It fits perfectly and appears to be very high quality. I'm under no illusion that I'll be able to drop my MBP off of a building or anything but it should protect it from dings, scratches, and slight falls.I read many of the reviews of the different cases before deciding which one to purchase. I saw complaints of them being too bulky on the sides, poorly secured to the MBP, too few clips, not fitting well, etc. None of these are true of this case.The portion of the case attached to the lid of the MBP has at least seven clips holding it in in place. They are low profile though and do not interfere with closing the MBP or seeing the display. The bottom part of the case has six clips holding it to the MBP. They are also low-profile and do not interfere with typing, etc. The other nice thing is that the sides of the case do not interfere with access to the ports.The only downside that I see for this case is that it is clear plastic on the top and bottom and I've noticed it picks up fingerprints and smudges quickly but the MBP also picks up those smudges and fingerprints without the case so its not a big deal.You will notice some weight added to your to your device. Any case that's going to protect the laptop is going to do that. I think that SUPCASE found the right balance between weight and protection. I feel confident that this will protect my MBP the way that I intedned.
