MITSUMOTO SAKARI Detachable Poultry Shears, Kitchen Scissors

I own many knives and shears. I absolutely love sharpening using different grits of stones. These shears are unbelievable. From their slightly serrated edges to their light weight, they cut through rubbery skin as well as most medium size bones. They are a joy when working on lobster and Dungeness crabs. They are also easy to take apart and clean. Lastly, they just look great hanging with my Maglio MagnaCut handmade kitchen knives.

Sharp kitchen shears

These shears are absolutely fantastic. They are super sharp and will cut through chicken like butter, for the first year. We've had them for a year now and I will definitely say that they have dulled out. We are going to repurchase because of how lovely they are to use and we cut meat with them several times a week so we definitely got our fair share out of it. I do wish they lasted longer or had a sharpener. I want to add that we only hand wash these too, we never put anything sharp in the dishwasher or it makes it super dull super fast.
