Oval bread basket for a 1kg loaf
Perfect size for an oval loaf of bread, which will fit into a 4.75 quart oval dutch oven (used Le Creuset). It looked small when I first received it and I wasn't sure if it would fit the dough from my standard recipe, but it fit nicely and the loaf is just the right size. The finished bread I made weighs 1170 g. Overall good quality. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great banneton
Really quite wonderful to use for sourdough. Adds a nice pattern to the outside of the bread once cooked.

Regular bread shape
I've been making sourdough bread and wanted to make loaves of bread in a regular bread loaf shape. Instead of round loaves backed in cast iron dutch ovens, I bought a pair of heavy duty cast iron loaf pans which I use. This works great and the oval banneton help shape the bread to fit my pans.

Good Banneton
This 9.9" oval banneton is perfect for small batards. Makes a nice swirly pattern. Works great & is as described.

Worked great for the smaller loaves that I want to make.

Decent banneton, bad liner.
The size is good for a 1kg loaf, but the seam of the liner (sewn through the elastic) is weakly stitched and let go as soon as I took it off the banneton. Not great, but still usable.
